Delivery Information

Delivery Information

All of our aviary panels and runs are handmade to order. Depending on the season and workload, production times typically range from 2–6 weeks. If you would like a more accurate lead time, please contact us before placing your order.

Once your order has been completed, delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard deliveries are sent via DX and usually arrive within 1-3 working days, typically next day

  • Larger items are delivered by pallet and typically arrive within 1-3 working days, typically next working day

  • Deliveries may take place anytime up to 6:00 pm on the scheduled delivery day.

  • Occasionally we use our own vehicles to deliver items. You will be notified and have contact details of the driver for any instructions, you do not need to be present.

  • Pallet deliveries are kerbside only. The driver will unload the pallet at the nearest safe access point, and customers are responsible for unloading and moving the goods.

Shipping Charges

FREE delivery is available to UK mainland addresses.

Free delivery exclusions apply to the following postcode areas:

  • Scottish Highlands: IV, AB, FK, KW, PA, PH

  • Scottish Offshore: HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE

  • Isle of Wight: PO31–PO40

  • Isle of Man

  • Channel Islands

If you require delivery to an area outside mainland UK, please contact us for a shipping quotation.

Returns & Cancellations

As our aviaries and runs are made to order, they may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has commenced, except where faulty or not as described.

Items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any original delivery charges where applicable.

If a delivery is refused because the item is no longer required, the cost of delivery and return shipping will be deducted from any refund. Depending on the size of the item and delivery location, these charges may be up to £200.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage or faults to [email protected] as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after delivery.

If the packaging or item appears damaged on arrival, please sign the courier's delivery note as "DAMAGED". Signing as "UNCHECKED" may invalidate any courier insurance claim.

Once notified, we will advise you on the best course of action and arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
