No - every enclosure is handmade to order in our Cambridgeshire workshop. Nothing is mass-produced or kept on a shelf, so each one is built to the specification shown on its listing.

Depending on the season and our current workload, production may range from approximately 2–6 weeks. If you'd like a more accurate timescale for your order, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to help.

All catios are made with 1" × 1" 16-gauge wire mesh. All rabbit enclosures use 1/2" × 1/2" 16-gauge wire mesh, which is the recommended specification for rabbit welfare.

All enclosures come in a brown stain as standard, unless the listing specifically states it is painted.

If you'd like a painted finish, take a look at our Upgrade Your Catio options, where you'll find painted finishes alongside shelves and other extras. Painted finishes are available in any colour from the Cuprinol outdoor range.

You can choose from:

• Mesh roof
• Clear waterproof roof - lets in sunlight
• Black waterproof roof - creates a shaded area

Roof options can be selected on each enclosure's product page.

If a waterproof roof needs fixing to the wall, a wall bar is included. As a general rule, any 3-sided catio larger than 8ft × 4ft will include a wall bar. If a wall bar isn't included with your enclosure, it doesn't require one.

Yes - all fixtures and screws are included with delivery-only orders, with one exception: the screws that fix the catio to your property.

Because the correct screw depends on your wall's external material, you'll need to buy suitable Thunderbolt screws to match the external material of your house for that final fixing.

We offer free delivery across mainland UK. Free delivery does not apply to the Scottish Highlands, offshore areas, and the Isle of Wight - please contact us for a quotation to these areas.

Please note we no longer deliver to Ireland.

Delivery-only enclosures are delivered in panels. A short YouTube assembly tutorial is sent with every order confirmation, and written instructions are available on request - just ask and we'll send them over.
