Installation & Fitting Service

Don’t have the time, tools, or desire to fit your catio or animal enclosure yourself? No problem — we can take care of it for you.

We offer a professional installation service for all of our animal runs, completed at the time of delivery. Your enclosure will be delivered and fully installed by our own experienced team, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free process.

🐾 How the Fitting Process Works

• A £250 deposit is required for fitted enclosures

• This allows us to create a bespoke enclosure drawing

• You’ll have the opportunity to review and confirm all details

• Measurements can be fine-tuned to suit your space perfectly

• Once approved, we’ll book a fitting date that works for you

• The remaining balance is payable once installation is complete

📍 Installation Zones & Pricing

Fitting prices are based on your location. Please refer to the zones below to find which applies to your address:

• Zone 1 – Norfolk: £275

• Zone 2 – Cambridgeshire, Suffolk: £285

• Zone 3 – Bedfordshire: £295

• Zone 4 – Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Essex: £305

• Zone 5 – Lincolnshire, Rutland, Leicestershire, Warwickshire: £315

• Zone 6 – Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West Midlands, Nottinghamshire: £330

• Zone 7 – South Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Kent, East & West Sussex: £345

• Zone 8 – North Yorkshire, Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset, Bristol, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, East Riding of Yorkshire, Greater London: £355

🔧 Important Installation Notes

• Prices are based on one skilled installer

• Enclosures 8ft x 8ft (high) or larger will require two installers — please contact us for a quote

• A photo of the installation area is required before ordering to confirm suitability

📸 Site Requirements

• Clear and easy access for carrying panels to the installation area

• A flat, level surface with no obstructions

• For 3-sided runs, photos are required if there are:

  • Drain pipes

  • PVC pipes

  • Other wall-mounted obstructions

For 3-sided runs with a roof, there must be adequate clearance above windows or doors, including space below soffits or guttering.
